1. Definitions
a. “Company” refers to Big Screen Rentals and its affiliates and subsidiaries.
b. “Customer” refers to any customer of the Company.
c. “Product” refers to any product offered by the Company.
d. “Service” refers to any service offered by the Company.
2. Agreement
a. By using the Company’s products or services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
b. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to the Customer.
3. Payment
a. Payment for products or services must be made in full prior to delivery.
b. The Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for late payment.
4. Delivery
a. The Company will deliver the product to the customer’s specified location.
b. Delivery times are subject to availability and the Company does not guarantee that the product will be delivered on time.
5. Returns
a. The Company will accept returns of products in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.
b. The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the product.
6. Warranty
a. The Company offers a 1 year warranty on all trailer screen sales.
b. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper care.
7. Liability
a. The Company is not liable for any damages, losses or expenses that the customer may incur due to the use of the product or services.
b. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales.
Cancellation Terms
1. All cancellations must be made in writing and received by Big Screen Rentals a minimum of 7 days prior to the commencement date of the rental contract.
2. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the commencement date of the rental contract, Big Screen Rentals reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental fee.
3. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the commencement date of the rental contract, Big Screen Rentals reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental fee.
4. If Big Screen Rentals incurs any additional expenses due to the cancellation, the customer will be liable for those costs.
5. All cancellation fees are to be paid within 14 days of the cancellation date.
6. Big Screen Rentals reserves the right to modify or terminate any rental agreement at its discretion.
